And tap with a med hammer upward to loosen, just did mine 5 mins ago to verify. Minimum 4 to 5 in pin, I used 10mm bolt, I may have drill to size years ago.

 

Thanks for help I ended up figuring it out. I stuck a #3 Phillips to stick in the hole to adjust it

Good advice already posted by cmorris & trailburner....I will add that sometimes they get stuck in the swingarm; dirt, sand, water gets in and corrodes the BC to the SA in place. Take PB Blaster or any release agent and spray & let it soak for a few days. Wiggle with wrench or rod provided with BC back and forth to loosen up.

that looks like a lonestar billet carrier.i have one. like the gentleman before said loosen up the pinch bolts and you see the holes on the carrier before your sprocket. i have a tool that came with mine, however you can insert an allen key or small rod the same diameter as the hole and the carrier will rotate either from or backwards. this rotation is how you loosen or tighten your chain.any questions im here its easy sir just let me know if you have any problems take care

 

you may need to spread the pinch point w a punch or screw driver. Take the allen bolts out.
