This is my money pit it took me many days, hours to find parts and to get her rebuilt and was worth every penny.

Carlos just want to say thanks again for your help as well, without you my dream as a kid would not be what it is without you and a few others that have helped me with this project. And also gets 51HP and she is fun to ride at Glamis so much fun that my nieces and nefews are not allowed to ride her.

Jerry Hall basically told me what to get for motor or parts to get for motor. Cylinder, head, head gasket, reeds and carb. And Carlos from BDT did all machining to get me those tolerances that would be needed to make a great duner with reliable HP. Exhaust I already had ESR TRX9 I just loaned it to Jerry for his test to compare with other pipes.
But I give credit to both of them without either one I would still be chasing my tail.

Sorry I didn't respond but Wayne at Kenz cycle tech does all my dyno tuning for all my bikes.
But since that post was first done my 1988 has been retired she is still complete and only change was the addition of a hydraulic clutch. She still gets fired up every so often but I got another 88 and this is what I rode all last year and love this one as well she pulled 47hp from Kenz dyno but it is fun to ride this one as well!
