Hi guys well I have about 3 hours on the new rebuild. But I am finding nuteral to be hard to get sometimes it seems like I will be in natural and it will then drop in to first gear I tryed adjusting the cluch still dose it not all the time but quite a bit of the time. Also I use the red honda lower end fluid I noticed it was a purple color today. It is a new oem cluch basket and plates. Any idea would be great

yeah it can be a pita when they are running sometimes.it also depend's on how high the idle is and the clutch.as for the tranny fluid,i'm not sure why it turned purple but it's probably fine.3 hour's on it is alot of time"imo"change it and then go from there.

What type of clutch Fiber plates, OEM or? Some of the aftermarket Fibers discolor the Trans Oil, FYI.

Does your trans oil have a lot of silver flakes in it, greyish in color? Your definition of Purple may just be a dark Red with silver flakes that looks like Purple....its all good, I am as color blind as Bat, LOL

I will have to look a little closer what would I look for as a problem if it dose have metal shavings in it

it's going to have silver flakes.the clutch basket and fiber's will leave some in the oil.
