I came on to this site about 7 years ago. I was introduced to the 250r by my friend Barry aka BnDracing RIP. He also introduced me to this site. when I first came on here I was amazed of the knowledge of its content. constantly seeing new pics of builds. and there was a very much the troubling issue with one particular site sponsor. it soon spiraled out of control and people were getting banned as a result of his dealings. the facts were that one the sites moderators was cutting a deal with the sponsor. politics played its part in the demise of this site. soon after another forum was established with the promise of a no nonsense rule. but this split the community now with 2 site derived from one. The sponsor stayed and there was always controversy. more people were banned. the overall content was getting boring. So the new guys started up on facebook and well we know what that's all about. I am drawn to facebook as a result the instant response of others about the sole content the Honda Trx 250r. we live and breath these bikes we are excited about them and this is in our blood. these platforms allow us to have a build page not like facebook. we retain our notes and history here. I want to come on here and have pleasure in our dreams of these bikes not who to bash and who not to do business with. the moderators who made the decision to be in power should be policing these issues. I don't understand it. its pretty simple to me. when I was growing up if you stepped out of line you would get reprimanded. you were taught to respect others. when people come on here and are doing others wrong causing drama and such why aren't they simply banned ? I just don't get it. I watched many people banned from this site all for the wrong reason. most who spoke out against carlos. a lot of good people got booted and the one who caused the drama was allowed to stay now the head count in here in minimal. so who ever squirrel is once again psychoanalyze the philosophy of who be dat. and talks in riddles and is not contributing to anything is not shut down. this just breeds distraction and contempt of others. to all these are facts. and not fake news we all know. This question is to the people in power why do you continue to allow this to continue. please don't reply negatively its time to change.

Well, I think its about time to put this post to rest.

Did a member from this site, come to your house confront you & have words with you, or was their a fight any of you were involved in. If not, then why keep bring up all the drama from the past.
If you want this site to be better, get it back to where it was few years ago before face book, then you have to leave some threads from days past where they are, in the past. Nobody really wants to keep hearing about it, so lets nit it in the bud & move on, stick with the program.
Most all of you know me, why the reason that I am here & know how long I've been here, so its time for change.

Sorry Neil....When the same person keeps coming back on here spouting lies and deceitfulness I will post the truth over and over again....Until that person that led to the downfall and degradation of this site shows up no more then I will let it drop..I have already been threatened with a false lawsuit from said individual so no...he needs to be exposed...As long as you moderators let said person continue his ways this whole type of thread will continue and the Forum will remain small....

OK, so you exposed it. I'm new and likely won't be here long because it appears almost every thread that Carlos posts in, someone hi jacks it and has to rehash it all over again. That really gets old fast.
Truer words could not be said. Every time I speak to a person in the flesh about forums, and not just this one, it is always the same thing, that place (insert and forum) is less about the machines and more about a social clique. You are either part of the clique, and if you are you can do no wrong, You are an outsider to the clique and your opinion does not matter, or you are an enemy of the clique and your are condemned no matter what you do.
Facebook took over for two reasons, you can block people and you can start your own clique page.

i have great respect for you Neil you have been nothing but kind considerate and forth coming with the knowledge you posses. and if you did not have the answer to something you would say it. you have always been a great asset to this site. when i read your response on the 21 st i was a bit taken back and wanted to digest the meaning of your words. the drama is in one person who destroyed this site. i agree with FerrinMotorsports 100 %. this site should be growing not diminishing. what i realy can't believe is in 100 % of all honesty we all know and there is no dought we all know what that 1 man has brought to the table. To all who read this Question yourself's do you believe 100 % Carlos is innocent ? if he was so innocent of the things people has said he has done. then why over the years has there been continued complaints with multiple people saying that he gave them a bum deal. i was one of them and i manipulated my way through the problem so i came out of it with out to much off a loss. i would not have been able to do so if it was not for my friend who was doing business with Carlos at the time. Question yourself's is it worth have Carlos here only to see disagreements constantly with his over the top additude and his assurance that he is always right. his bullying tactics and they way he belittles most people. look back at history that what we are doing to make this a better place. history has taught us that this man is vile and corrupt. just because he has knowledge on the 250r does not mean we should bow down and take his undoings. just because he has a company who sells parts for the 250r does not mean we should support his unsavory ways. 250R501 what you don't see is that you are the most important person on this site you are the new comer. the one that we would hope would bring others to this site. we are trying to protect others from someone like carlos. and since the moderators kept in favor to keep him on this site and support him it left him with the ability to completely drive others away. you see 250R501 this is not the first site has been decimated by this person. i would prefer to be talking about our bikes and not about this. its sad that the governing parties still allow a know person who has hurt many people and taken money out of there pockets by selling supposedly oem parts that were not. and used parts as new along with selling services that do not exsist. the complete lie abouth a flow bench so many paid for but this tool does not exsist. also well know on the issue is the tactects of this man who has done this countless time generates a false user name and uses it to manipulate topics and subjects. how can any one say that is right. so to all moderators who have the power to unseat this thief and lier. there is no way in your hearts say that this is ok to do this to other members of this site. why do you continue to let it happen to me and others who rely on you to keep this site alive. yes Neil lets leave the past behind this includes Carlos

this gets sooooo old...there are thousands of happy customers and a few that arnt...it happens.you cant please everyone no matter how much you try..douglas wasn't happy about a clutch cover and got his money back.period...douglas has some old parts from berry that has nothing to do with bdt but says it does...other have blown up there engines..that also happens...if it was me I would block all the haters that don't ever take any time to really help members just come here to type the same bs over and over.

It has been a pretty good while, since I've seen his name on here responding to any threads, so when a new member joins, any member that feels the need to start bashing that new member, needs to come up with some good solid proof of WHO you think it is, or else leave them alone.
Most all of you want the site to be better, but how can it if your words keep running new folks off by bashing every one that joins.
The title moderator, does not turn a person into a computer know it all guru, that can spend countless hours trying to see if ever member is who they say they are. Some of that part, each & every member should, from the past, know how to tell if it is an older member that caused trouble in the past. If you can tell, then it would be best to report said member & not respond to said member anymore in an accusing way. Do you 100% know who that member is, or just guessing you know.
I for sure dont have all the answers, but I know if you got a sore on your body & keep scratching at it, it will never heal up. Leave that sore alone, medicate it & it will leave.

First, 99% of what is stated is based on “hear say” and not facts. For the most part those posting here have “zero” direct interaction with BDT, NO bad direct experiences, or did not get what they paid for, used instead of new parts, or money kept for products not delivered…NONE of this has ever happened.
Instead of posting & regurgitating non-facts, try posting “FACTS”. Try answering with Fact the following:
Who has BDT kept their money or parts? Name one person, date, and part or dollars, just one…
Who has purchased new parts from BDT and gotten used parts instead, just name one person and date…
Who has BDT screwed over, who has not received an engine they paid for, or a part they paid for, name & date just one….

Sorry Carlos...My attorney did do the footwork and at the time you sent me that letter from your attorney there was NO patent applied for....You want facts?????....That's a fact....from this point on I would watch what you ask for as facts...You might get more than what you wish for....
If you people knew the fights Honda, Yamaha, and Kawasaki had over patents, what was, what wasn't, how to get around them....etc, you'd realize this is nothing new. It is part of doing business in a competitive market. The thing is, they never took it public...they took it out on the track.

If you paid good money, or got a Lawyer friend or family member to give you this information, than you got taken. Any Patent Attorney would know IP applied for is not visible for up to 18 months if the party filling chooses to keep it private, as in this case. And even if what you say was true, and I repeat it is totally False...is that the 'Best' you got really? You are bent out shape because you don't understand US Patent Law or USPTO regulations? Where are the 'Facts' that BDT took, stole, money, parts or services from you? I will help you answer the questions....Nowhere since it does not exist. Get your "Facts" in check, stop being a 'Tool' for Haters....get with the program Ferrin, you're an embarrassing individual to say the least.
And as far as "Facts" go....bring them on, stop with the BS...! What we don't need is more misinformation, lies and hearsay.

As I was enjoying my whopper, I was yelling out loud how much I hated the cold big mac from McDonalds, The manager came out and asked me to please be quite, it seems I was upsetting the other customers. I later found out they did not give a rats ass about my cold big mac.
