Coolant in overflow bottle looks like its boiling when quad is running any suggestions? Motor is brand new compression is good coolant is clean trans oil is clean not milky doesn't seem to be drinking coolant coolant doesnt smell like gas radiator is clean no bent fins

Keep a check on the fluid level, because it is normal for the coolant to be agitated in that bottle while the engine being ran, but if you see it fill or over flow it could just be the level of coolant in the radiaton leveling out & over flowing what is expanding.
The key when watching that over flow bottle, is when it fills or even over flows when the engine is hot, then once the engine is completely cold & you start it back up, IF that coolant in the bottle not being sucked back into the radiator, that is a good indication the cooling system not a closed system & theres a leak somewhere.
This is why it is so important, to do the cooling system pressure test Carlos has mentioned several times, to see if the system is closed to be sure of no leaks.

One way I have found over the years, to tell if a head gasket is leaking. When you first start the engine up cold, remove the radiator cap & look at the flow of coolant down in the radiator, if it is calmly flowing not all agitated, you can pretty much figure the gasket is sealed, but if its all agitated like when you look at it, it is because compression is being blown past the gasket into the cooling jacket & causing the fluid to be agitated.

That coolant catch tank, all of you that still have one, it is a tattle tail of sorts, to let us know when something is wrong with the cooling system to alert us to check the engine over.

It's almost like when u put a straw in water and blow that's what the tank looks like cold hot no matter what and when I have the cap off the radiator the coolant in rad looks like its flowing some bubbles but when I rev it it shoots out all over

You have a leak into the radiator or overflow tank, likely comming from a head gasket or o-rings that have failed. It could also be your WP drawing in air through a bad hose, cracked cylinder or head, or nipple and pushing/drawing air through the coolant system.

Head gasket is new I can't find any leaks would the radiator still build pressure if its pulling air fom a leak because after running the cap is still under pressure the overflow tank doesn't over flow just bubbles at the full line

Motor is brand new inside and out w/p mech seals etc are new flushed coolant system new cylinder crank seals bearings you name it its brand new about an hour on the complete build tops
If the radiator or coolant tank is bubbling like you described when cold or hot or as soon as the engine fires up; then you have a leak into your coolant system from the engine. The leak may not be visable from the outside, it is likely a leak into your water jackets or as I described above.

Perform a full leak down of both the engine and engine internal coolant system from the front coolant inlet at the WP through the engine and out the top nipple on the front of the head/shell.
