Where could i sent to get my cases machined to house a 330-430 Powervalve cylinder? How Much would it cost? And lastly could i still put a stock piston and jug back on if i wanted too? (for future references)

295cc is the limit on the stock jug. On its first bore, i think the last bore is like 307cc or somthing... Anyways they are real runners. I love the LA Sleeve 310's. Id like to have another.
I believe ESR performs the case boring for free if you purchase on of their cylinder kits. Give Eddie a call and find out. He'll usually work a pretty sweet deal for you
First you need to determine the cylinder type you will be using. If at or under a 350 CC cylinder (330-350 CC), the cases need to be bored...for cylinders above 350 CC (+80 MM) the case bore diameter is different. Case bore requirements change considerably for Sphynx, Puma and Saber cylinders, and are not the same as for other BB cylinders. If going above a 350 CC cylinder or a 79.50 MM bore (last bore on a 350 CC cylinder), consider a cylinder specifically made for the larger bores like the Puma as an example. Aftermarket BB cylinder kits above 79.50 MM (350 CC kits) that push cylinder bores to 430 CC are not really designed for the larger bore, and use the same castings used for 310 to 350 CC cylinders. I'd have it done by Carlos no doubt it I would've traded for it. He's helped me out a lot with my R troubleshooting problems no matter how much of a pain in the ass I've been. haha
It would've been a CT350 PV cylinder, but the guy didn't trade. So for now its a no go, but i just got a lead on a better job so maybe we'll be seeing my engine come apart for a bore soon enough, hopefully! which cylinder do you recommend Carlos?
I would go with the ProX with the Rotax PV or if your budget allows go with the Sphynx with the Rotax PV...neither are inexpensive, however; both are good quality products. Carlos
imo the prox is a waste of money over the esr. Similar except for the price being marked up a lot. You can buy more and do more with large amount of money saved. Also as tbone said you get the case modifications that you are asking about done free of charge vs the 50.00 to 100.00 that you will have to pay someone to do this for you when you go with any other option. Add it up and the difference is big enough to cover the cost of a new stroker crank plus a lot more.
