250r set up for 15 yrs. Recently got it cleaned up. Ultra sonic the carb, carb kit standard jets, new plug, new stator, altenator, ringed it, reeds good, new crank seals, and all air passages opened up. Its got pretty bit of kickback oily and wet exhaust. Its not reving out right. Takes quarter...
