Who should I send my PC2000 cylinder to?

I picked up a 275PV PC2000 cylinder recently. It is ported for mid-range (at least that's what the engravings indicate). I wanna send it out to maybe go to the next bore, new piston, and basically do an overall check of it before i put it on my bike. I'd also look into getting it ported further for XC riding.

The obvious answer is to send it to Duncan, but i'm sketchy about sending it to a big name shop.

Any suggestions?
Agreed it would seem sending it to Duncan to be one option. The PC2000 cylinders are set to operate on race Fuel with 195lbs to 205lbs, most have been sold this way. The porting is on the mild side and yes they are a Nikasil Aluminum cylinder...the cylinder can be bored and honed after the Nikasil plating is removed or stripped, if at 69.50MM you can go to a 69.75Mm & 70MM YZ250 piston kit just like on the steel sleeved cylinders.

Rotax PV's are the choice for the PC2000 and a very good valve.
