Both my lower ball joints are shot, the rubber boot is missing and they creek like crazy. I know they cant be replaced,(if there is a way please let me know), so I would like to know if the lower A-Arm from a 400 EX would fit on? Or I was thinking of cutting the ball joint off and drilling out for a threaded one. Or should I just buy a used one?

they can and have been cut off and a ball joint added, not what I personally would do however
a 400ex arm will fit with some spacers,
I personally would ether find a nice used oem from someone like 250Rjunky (Dale) or get a set of inexpensive new arms I've heard decent things about full-flight
of find some used aftermarket.. but of course budget dictates your actions
