So i took the R out to silverwood this past sunday and found out i wasnt'tas dialed in as i thought i was. I ended up having to lower the needle all the way down to get the right kind of powerband i wanted. However, i only get good solid response for the first 5 gears once i shift into sixth power just falls off and i actually start slowing down.It feels like its just not recieving enough gas. Is this correct or do i need bigger carb or jets or am i completely off.

Ive always considered 6th as an overdrive, to me 2-5th is your power. 1st is to ride in the yard and putt putt, only time I really needed 6th was back in the day burning the game wardens. I dont remember the last time I used 6th gear. I could be wrong but 6th is beyond 1:1 ratio in the trans. Basically repeating Carlos but another way of explaining.
