If your getting arm pump you need to be practicing more on the bike your going to be racing. Familiarity with the power delivery is key. You might need to try a different pipe with more low end. Also mentioned was your suspension needed more dialing in. I would try that first. Also not thought of is moving your footpeg mounts back to help get more weight over the rear suspension, shifter & brake pedal might need to be shortened accordingly. I used to think this was not a big deal but it helped. Front end felt lighter and rear suspension better controlled. You might also try a shortened swingarm, wax had a -2" on his personal 250r I bought off him. Greg Stuart & Doug eichner used to ruin the competition atthe adelanto gp on trx250rs. Practice practice practice. They closed down Palm ave 10 minutes from me. Dirt wheels/ dirt bike mag used to go there for pics a lot. My conditioning went down as well. Keep hammering and never give up, best of luck in the future.
