hey guys I recently figured out that my mechanical seal has given up so I bought a kit that includes a mechanical seal and a seal that attaches to the impeller. In the process of taking the mechanical seal out the oil seal has been butchered and I don't know where it goes supposedly it sits in front of the bearing and behind the mechanical seal but I cant figure it out. Can anyone help? And which way do you think the seal faces? Please help guys I'm super confused! Once I get this done I will have a 100% rebuilt motor with all brand new internal parts.

Press the Mechanical Seal from the clutch side onto the clutch cover first, then flip clutch cover over and from back side press the Oil Seal in open face out, then press the WP bearing....from left to right the pictues show installation.
