Ok so I have been looking at ways to get more torque/power out of my R, was considering getting one of the new ESR 310 kits. Well lo-and-behold as I'm scanning the craigslist motorcycle ads for my area (I do this often...never know what you'll come across!) I see an ad for a guy selling a 86 TRX cylinder with a LA Sleeve bored to a 310 along with a Wiseco piston/rings for $75.00 so I bought it. Everything seems to be in great shape, although I want to at least replace the rings. He told me he ran it with the stock head. So my questions are:
1. Is this a good set up or do I have a 75 dollar paper weight?
2. Do I need to get my head milled for the bigger bore?
3. Where can I find a top end gasket kit for this?
4. Piston is a Wiseco 845P6, all I've seen thus far is up to P4.....
5. I'm planning on using my current Rad valve and FMF pipe and silencer...good combo for this?
