Ok, here we are 1 year later and I'm finally going to go with this big bore. After comparing the cylinder I just pulled off and the 310 cylinder, I see the 310 has a bridged intake, while my stock cylinder does not. If I'm not mistaken, the 87 and up trx's were bridged and the 86's were not?
1. Will this cylinder work on a short rod engine?
2. Going back to my Cool Head question, are they made for big bore cylinders or will it need modified as well?
3. What size dome for pump gas?

1) yes it will work with the short rod if there are no bridges in the reed side (intake)
2) a cool head should work fine

3)put it on and do a compression test if its to high u can use a gasket and make the squish bigger easy way to do it in my opionion
