thanks. It's a new esr top end but the problem is that I'm here in NZ and so its not really practical for me to send it back for them to inspect it. It seems like an easy fix if they've just got to be set in a little more, and besides, I've contacted them a few times lately about other things and so I don't really want to be a dick and bother them anymore haha

In my opinion & if it were my company I would want you to let me know that it is not right so I could fix it and my customer would be happy instead of a customer that is extremely unhappy and would probably let everyone he could know that my company sucks. I think you would be doing ESR a favor by letting them have a chance to make it right. That my 2 cents.
