Looks good, and I like the full front fenders. What width are you in the front, it looks pretty wide.

 

Thanks guy's. It's 48" wide and lowered a bit for the ice. Raptor 660 link in the back, and 2inches of spacers in the works shocks brings it down. Almost too light though. 1500 screws and i still dont hook up as well as some of the 450's. Those LTR's hook up damn good at over 400lbs wet.

 

Very nice! Would a shortened swingarm help you hook up more? I know the TT guys used to run them back in the GNC days.

How easy does the raptor link bolt up? What kind of difference in width at the mounting points is there and are the mounting bolts the same diameter as the 250r?

 

It's not hard at all, link is a little over an inch longer. I know one of the bushings is the right size for the swingarm bolt but i had to make the other bushing because it was missing. So i don't know if the shock/dogbones bolt is different on the raptor or not.

 

Is that a 86 frame on your bike? If so how did the trx450r heel guards mount up? Are they pro peg mounts? Nice bike for sure!!

 

89' frame. It took alot of modification of the mounts and the heel gaurds... But other than that, not too bad to mount em.

Thanks man! Yeah the ice is so much fun! My favorite riding! You wouldnt think it would be fun riding on flat ice, but try river racing. It's like tt meets gncc, meets ice racing. We have some small rivers around here that snake through pretty crazy places. It's a blast
