I have always just used a small ratchet and socket and tightened them up ,been doing that for years ,no leak
Anything under 10 ibs I don't use a torque wrench

please dont be insulted but that is bad advise. its very easy to strip those. they not only should torqued to spec; they should be torqued in sequence.
