so ive posted some of my progress here and there, but i wanted a fresh thread to post real pics with my camera. i have a crappy phone and have a habit taking my pics with it. its dirty i was bolting on some stuff in between heat cycles, but overall im very proud of this R. to bring you up to date im breaking in my new build
-esr310 trx7 porting (as cast)
-esr cool head pump gas
-72.5 mm wiesco forged
-all new oil seals and tranny seals
-two bottom ends were combined for the best gears etc
-near perfect cases (one weld on center case)
-short rod hot rods crank and rod
-new hot rods bearings
-all bearings inspected and replaced as needed
-moose gasket kit bottom end
-new bolts as needed
-new water pump mech seal
-esr studs
- tmx mikuni 38 carb
- boyseen dual stage reeds (pro series)
-k&n filter
- stock air box with lid and snorkel. (any suggestions on this, sometimes i run no lid seems to idle better with lid on. does snorkel do much or should i cap off, also should i cut the side of the lid not above the filter)
-paul turner eliminator pipe and fat boy two silencer
-tusk aluminum sport bend
-power madd hand guards
-renthal dual compound kevlar grips
-mair silver plastics with graphics kit
- all ebc drilled rotors and sintered metal pads
-stock a arms and stock axle stock swing arm
- ac full chassis skid
-prm swing arm skid
-stock headlight (i just used tonight it works very well, im surprised)
-stock rims
-sedona bazooka 20" 4 ply
-ohtsu radials fronts (450r tires)

- itp c2 rear beadlock
- kenda gncc kutter 6 ply 22'' fronts

-any parts you got that you think i need, im welcome to trade
86 top end barely any porting at all and head not sure bore can check
tons of tranny gears, etc bottom end parts
esr spacer minus studs
two nice center cases
left cases with saver damage no leaks though
stock front shocks
stock skids and bumper
stock white plastics race cut two cracks
hood louver
steel bars with new grips and sand filled
18 itp mxr6 real good shape
450r stock tires good shape
rear d.i.d.rims
400ex almost new works connection shock. fits with washers and grinding 1/16 on each side of dog bone
boyseen carbon fiber reeds good shape
p.s.
does anyone have that crusty sun damage on there tank? i started scraping it off, can i sand it?or use that plastic restore?
