cr500 hybrid what pipes fit? need custom pipe?

well decided to build a trx500r. any pipe that will work and not need rewelding? like an esr 11 pipe ? or would I need to have one made?

(no I don't care about vibrations, I ride a Harley, so let avoid the whole that's stupid it will vibrate b.s thx)

I would have a Hand Made Coned Pipe for the CR500R. No off the shelf pipe currently made is suited IMO, nor will fit properly with a CR500R engine in a TRX250R frame. Plus the pipe should be built on the correct TRX250R year frame with a CR500R engine in place to get the proper fitment.

Any pipe that is out there for a cr 500? Is for a cr 500 bike? Any frame thats not a cr 500 bike,needs to be custom made. Trust me,i had a atc 500r.

I built my own pipe for my ATC500R using a book by Alexander Graham Bell. I am not an experienced pipe builder, but I can mig weld sheet metal pretty well. It turned out just fine.
Any way, that part was easy and fun compared to coming up with a good kickstarter set-up. Never did............

being a Harley rider and being use to the vibes is all good,, but the cr500 motor is going to destroy the chassis in several places ,,, do some research, there is a reason you see them for sale,
