Pwk's suck for venting on big bikes. I had struggled with wot starvation. Had done alot of flow trial and error. Seems to have smoothed out and not come back. I carefully opened up the vents on the carb body to let the bowl vent, found that aligning the two drain holes on the bowl drain cap with the internal lips gives your bowl a tid more usable capacity. Floats are maxed out - sometimes it will leak by most often it seals when parked.

Wot fuel problems gone. (knocks on wood)

What day are you headed home?

I tried that. (I'm cej 50/185 needle in middle). Going to the 55 seemed to make it worse. Let me know what you come up with. I had a post going up on QRHQ that Jerry Hall had a great explanation of the issue. In a nutshell he said its in the low end scavenging of a top end pipe and hard to deal with.

I'd post the link but DrQ imploded and now the site is gone.

You can always put a stock 250 with a fmf in there and I'll take the puma off your hands :)

Good work Will. Looks like today is warming up already.
Sounds healthy. Hearing the same transition I'm trying to jet out - going from pilot to needle low rpm the larger bores are much more pronounced rat-tat-tat then smooth power once your on the throttle.
