I recently had to replace my whole counter balancer assembly including the counter balancer holder which the pickup coil mounts too. I didn't know about the 01 cr250 ignition before I bought the parts. But my counter Balancer went back together just fine and makes no noise now but the new holder I got advanced the timing by 3 degrees and I'm getting really bad kickback. I managed to get it to pull start and it ran for about 5 minutes. It finally warmed up and pulled hard one good
Time but right after it pulled hard it ran like shit for about 30 more seconds then it was backfiring and spitting flames out the exhaust. I'm not sure what to do? Any advice

Why did you buy a timing advanced bearing holder? Why didnt you get a stock one? The only thing you can do is get a stock one there is no way to adjust it out, and when an R wont crank PULLING IT OFF IS NOT A GOOD IDEA. They crank easier than any quad on earth and if it doesnt crank something is WRONG. You will be lucky if you didnt burn the piston up.
