    Waiting for parts, got other stuff to do like steering stem. Used the All Balls bearing and seals, Found out my steer tube is bent... It doesn't bind, will have to be replaced in the future though.

    Puttin her back together, Got an issue with the counterbalancer bolts, the long one 110mm. I stripped it out, or finished stripping it out. I allready have the cases together though. uuuuugh!

    love the two part primer, I havn't sprayed anything in years and I like the quality of todays products. Once again, most guys are wondering why not just powder.... well, I like paint.PPG 3 part "toreador red". 72521.

Going for as much of an oem rebuild as possible without breaking my budjet. I want a good sound reliable quad. It ran well, had a wicked powerband...

    My impact screwdriver (cheap-o ) likes to reverse it's setting between hits. Have to hit it once, reset direction hit again.... anyway, good luck buddy, maybe liquid wrench it overnight? I personally would rather break several phillips bits before resorting to drill. let us know what...
