Try the ESR trx5.

The pipe need to match the port work. Since Neil is doing the work, use what ever he recommends...since it is his motor.

I do not know the port timings of my ported cylinder (should be mid range but don't trust it) but here are the pipes I have tried.

LRD Adjustable - Did not like that pipe too much compared to others.
Sparks TT - Worked better than I thought, which makes me think the porting is higher than I thought
PT Mid Range - Ran for years and worked really well in the low/mid but the TT is better on the top I think.

Neil usually recommends the trx5 and the CT midrange, but hopefully he'll chime in on this thread soon. He runs both pipes on his daughter's TT quad.

We are PMing each other & I'm trying to help him through.

Now far as the fender deal, pipe melting them, I would say the ESR pipes would probably fit in just about the same place as th FMF & fender to pipe be the same issue.
Not 100% correct though, because we've never had full front fenders, allways race cut them.

I solved the melting issue by using header pipe wrap. I brought a roll from a hot rod store here in tow. I just cut a piece (or two) and use hose clamps to hold it against the pipe. The only place I have had an issue with melting is the stinger / rear fender. I have only had race cut plastic so cannot comment on the front fenders.

No more melting!
