They will never show any "proof" Louis, they have 'ZERO' proof to any of the claims they make, like the Democrats & Liberal Left....100% BS, Fake News, Nada, Zero, not even a sliver of Proof; NO multiple accounts, NO buying off moderators, NO to owning this forum, NO to me deleting posts across this forum (I can delete on the BDT section, and I have when insults have been made), NO to me EVER deleting a single member or asking for one to be removed, NO to me being you Louis. If they did, it would have been blasted on multiple posts years ago. It is much easier to post what you have been told, assume or heard than to really try to find out the Truth.

Keep being who you are Louis, don't listen to the Jealous Haters, prosperity is earned, not given....and BDT is the most prosperous 250R dedicated company currently. You know BDT well, a customer for years, and have visited a dozen or more times....the Truth is obvious to you.

The Haters don't get it...it's 'OK'; they are totally irrelevant and very obviously we don't need them.

hey carlos!!! how are u doing m8? it appears you have recovered from that meltdown that caused your posting hiatus. that's good, u seemed to be in a very bad head state during that period. have you coincidentally taken up parroting everyone's favorite orange narcissist during your time away? amazing. please don't ever stop being you buddy.

@sonny, does the carb slip into the solid mount and have a pinch to tighten down?

here they are waited a long time for this. ready and tested by dave moore. I thought some one said I never offer any help. after my unpleasant carb alignment and trying every combination possible. I posted on here with this issue on trx250r.org and 2 forums on face book. I was about to send a draft out to a well respected remember on here. then I was lucky enough to ask sonny frica if he was interested in designing an intake for me. he stepped up and came up with this design. this will be a nice addition on my led 363

yeah finally something usefull but still don't see the point.a stock boot and carb fit just fine with alittle tweaking.my bdt intake and 41.50 carb fits just fine.

It's good to have it available for the 250r. I wish it could still have that 6th bolt and had more of the extra meat removed from it but it looks good. It may not be a "required" part but a cool option to have. Any real performance advantages etc will be interesting to see.

I agree options are good! I will say when I went to install the BDT intake I would have swore up and down there was no possible way for it to fit! After contacting Carlos several times he told me about the heat gun and within 10 minutes she was fitting like a glove!

Agreed, always good to have options, and seeing new products for the 250R is most welcomed.

The "six" bolt would be nice, however; not needed IMO.

The question is how they perform; DM tested them means nothing to me. Post Dyno runs vs UPP, OEM, Boyesen and other Boot & Reed Assemblies. From the pictures posted, It certainly does not match up to VForce3's, possibly by design to allow the user to 'Blend' or Fit to the chosen Reed assembly.

I have a 41 I am using a 38 for this engine. when I fit it I will test fit the 41 in there
No need to see 36, 38, 39 vs 41 fit to boot....they are ALL the same outer body and flange OD. If one fits, they all do...:)

Personally seen Martin & Cody Smith set-up; fits perfect, no issues with height or fitment IMO. Plus; Cody is the 2017 & 2018 two Time TT NEEDT 2 Stroke Champion certainly has NO performance issues being Fast & a great rider.

These new Billet Boot intakes should ease fitment for those having issues, at a high $$$ price, will require a bit of grinding (I am sure by design), blending for the end user. Maybe Douglas can post pictures as how they 'Don't' match up to VForce3's internally unless you grind away (again by design)....price aside; still a good option to consider IMO.

sorry Dave Moore means nothing to you. he's a well respected man.
Does anybody have contact info for Mr. Moore ? I don't do the facebook thing. I sent an email to him from his old website, but i haven't heard back yet.
I'm figuring he's a pretty busy guy, working, as is Eddie. But wanted to make sure I was getting through.
I need a case half repaired, and want it done by the best.
