450r Swingarm Conversion

Going to put a 04-05 450r swingarm on my '86 soon and I am wondering what linkage you guys are using that have done this mod? I will be using a stock '86 shock. Thanks for any input!

I put a 05 450r swinger on my atc and used a mix of the 05-06 450r linkage to get the correct ride height. I used the atc shock

Fire1 could you be more specific on your details? ATC axle and carrier or 450? What linkage was used where? Seems like everywhere I look there are mixed reviews on the results... I've read everything from the sprockets not aligning, to ride height going up 3 inches... any help would be great!

i can tell from the picture that he is using a 450r brake setup, a 450r axle ( G-Force does not make axles for the 250r), that would also mean a 450r carrier, and it looks like a 450r dog bone

04/05 swingarm, 04/05 dogbone, gt thunder 04-001 xc 400ex link, and rear shock 15.5" eye to eye with 3" of shock travel
