So I had low end rebuilt and I did top end with coolhead kicked over about 10 kicks fire smoked like a train, shut off and pulled plug now I have oil on piston completely coated, suspect it trans fluid, crankseal issues???? wtf

First off, what all was done to that bottom end when it was rebuilt, crank seals mainly what I'm wondering about & do you put 3/4 of a qt of oil in the trans when you fill it.
If your pretty sure its trans oil, then it could be the crank seal on the clutch side or maybe the seal spacer on the crank is worn a bunch, or the two gears on the crank on that side, maybe the bolt on the ends not mashing everything together & allowing the oil to pass by around the crank.
Only other thing, would be the center case gasket not sealing or the case or cases cracked & letting oil be sucked in.
Check the trans vent hose as well, make sure its not stopped up, because if it is, the trans will build pressure & cause oil to be pushed out anywhere it can pass by.

was it just from the assembly?i coat the crap out of the piston and rings before I put them together..maybe oil setteled in the tank?
just start it again... if its eating tranny oil it will smoke a lot even after 10 min ride... with all the assembly lube i put it take a lot of time for it to burn and stop smoking....
