Does a paint or something have to be applied for the film to stick to the hood? Or can you just have the skulls put right on the red plastic without any other prep work besides cleaning??

do a google search and you can see how this is applied super cool. . you can do this to any thing all kinds of possability's. i seen a bike that had done there calipers with a carbon fiber coating it looked pissa. i was thinking of doing my engine cases with it. but decided not. any way here is the guy i am sending my hood out to check this out. tell me what you think Endless Hydrographics New Jersey Division

I actually have a do it yourself hydrodip kit. The film I have is 100 dollar bills but I was little upset when I got it because the bills were miniature and not full size. And the kit included the clear primer, background color paint(in this case an off-white tan), and the clear coat. I tried applying it to a hard hat and it didnt work out real well. I was just curious if this could be done right onto the red plastics and then cleared over top. If your sending it out to professionals then Im sure it will turn out nice.

Hey croat1, how much for the black one? Ship to 46580?
no response (text or pm) from SouthviewTrx. hood is available to you if you are still interested. this is what I have been doing with success...I purchased perfectly sized boxes for the hoods (24x12x4) to keep the shipping cost down (out of my own pocket). the price per hood is $67.87 each (add 3% for paypal feees)
I ship the hoods and then ask for total payment. so far I shipped hoods to PA, MA, MI and NV. the prices to ship ranged from $6.50 to Michigan to $12.78 to North Las Vegas.
I will pm you a tracking number and a total amount due when I leave the post office. I'm not making a penny on these and the shipping label will have the exact shipping amount on it.

thanks
joe
