ok i just got a lock up clutch and i wanted to know what you guys are running for springs. or if anyone has ever done any testing to see what springs were softest vs hardest. im thinking with a lock up im going to want low static pressure to start,this is for a alky 330 running 1/8th mile with a 8+ swing arm

Set up a table top drill press with a digital scale. Load the springs against the chuck or spindle over the scale, move the spindle down to a given distance and record the spring load on the scale. Only real way for you to really see the differences in springs. If what you are looking for is a simple answer, the TRX250R springs are stiffer than the CR500 springs and slightly less stiff than the CR250R springs...FYI Carlos
