it's been a long week.got the motor in and running 10 minute's before we had to leave.Got to the track with alot still left to do.spent the first hour+trying to get it jetted in.

with the help from carlos we got it running good enough..i then still had to tape up the wiring, bolt the plastic on,clean, etc.he took it out for practice and really took it easy.

i changed front sprocket form 13 to a 14.

first moto he missed a shift on the holeshot and ended up 2nd place...moto 2 he got first place, but they took it away because the flagger ran 5 lap's instead of 4.he waited to pass till the white flag...he was stoked then pissed because he got 2nd.

oh well there is alway's next week...hopefully we will get it tuned spot-on this week and put on a great show.

all i have to say is thank's carlos for putting up with the 10+call's yesterday! If it wasn't for you,BDT,and .net this weekend would have been very dissapointing running the old motor.

Hummm, 5 laps & was suppose to be 4, sounds like a flagman likes 4 pokes or either who evers running that track, dont know the flagman has the last say even if he wanted to run them 8 laps.
Flag wave always rules & its not the scorers place to change that. Things like that happening, how a track losses rider attendance, leaving & going to a track that does things right.

^^^i agree.he wanted to protest but we decided to just let it go.the people at the track are really nice to us and don't want to cause waves.they gave him second place, but gave him a first place trophy to make up for thier mistake...he was then happy because he really only care's about the trophy."lol"

The motor/exhaust sounds really strong & looks like it really rips when he gets on it!!
Did he try to do a wheelie at the beginning of the clip?

he really love's it!!!he love's how it has power everywhere!!we still have some tuning to do,and we are also going to put a cr250 ignition on it to give it alittle more rev.out.most of the video he was bairly hitting the throttel!!there is still alot more let to go!.
as for the difference to the old motor...WAY MORE POWER!!!he just need to take his time and figure it out.we are trying to be nice with it right now and just get use to it.hopefully soon it will be REALLY FLYING!!
That motor sounds strong everywhere, no weak spots. How does it compare to the other 330 motor?

We shipped out the CR250R IGN today USPS Priority, should arrive Thursday or Friday. When it arrives, give me a call, and I will walk you through installation....it is really easy since it is a 'Plug and Play' system.

I am exited for Cody and you, love to see you guys running the 'R'....

Carlos
