hi everyone i am new to this site i just got my first 1988 honda 250r and i am learning how to work on them so i may be asking some questions if that is ok but the first thing i need help with is i have a tire with the caber off if u look in the pic u can see that dose anyone know if it is ball joint bent frame or what could cause the wheel to do that thank you
