unknown engraving and reeds

Just wonder if anyone has ever seen these engravings before it says JR with 3 -s
Also I've never seen a reeds like this have any of you?

Any help is appreciated, thx

Similar to the boysen, pyramids are typically designed for low to mid grunt while the v type reeds such as the V-Force, and ESR Reeds are more of a top end/ max power reed cage.
