Why will the rear shocks from a 450r & 400ex not fit on the rear of a TRX250r?
Every time I read or hear something about this no one says why it won't work.

cause they aren't remote ressie. the ressie would hit either the pipe or air filter tube

Ok...Are any of the internals the same?
Or anything that can be used from one of these 400ex or 450r stock shocks towards rebuilding a stock Trx250r shock?

Probably not. Theres plenty of places that will rebuild the shock for not a whole lot of money.

Try Racetech.com. They seem to have alot of shock parts for a TRX250R rear shock.

BUT, be carefull, cause you can get hurt if you dont know what your doing pulling shocks apart.
