My uncle has an 88R that he no longer rides since he fell in love with his 450R. It's been sitting for a few years now and he wants to sell it, but never gets around to cleaning it up and advertising it. So here is the deal. I was thinking of making him an offer on it. What do you guys think is a fair offer? I was thinking of breaking it down three ways. Rolling chassis only, complete quad with 370 engine, or complete quad with stock 85 atc engine. The rolling chassis has some good stuff, but the frame is trashed so I'm considering it to be junk. The 370 engine was running, but had some electrical issues. It has ESR carb, reeds, etc. Here is all the components on the chassis.

There is probably more that I'm forgetting. For tires and wheels. He'll probably put one set of sand tires or one set of dirt tires. He already gave me IMS pegs and a denton stabilizer off of it. So what would be a fair offer?
