It depends what power characteristics you are looking for--different reeds favor different parts of the power band (low tension vs. high tension). The V-force favors the top end, especially the 2. It flows more on top--no insert--which is why some prefer it over the 3. If you are looking for more bottom end grunt, the Boyesen RAD valve is a good option. Their aluminum manifold is more restrictive than the V-force, so the top is not as strong. It is also not a good option for big bores.
