ill back this up. im not really a computer guy, and i figured it wouldnt be much improvement. i finally decided to try it, simple install, and its a huge improvement. fewer pop-ups, less freeze-ups, remembers logins. if you dont have it, get it.

A little tip:

Open firefox and type about:config in the address bar

1. Find network.http.pipelining and double click on it so it = true
2. Find network.http.pipelining.maxrequests doule click on it and change it from 4 to 8

basically it will met firefox make twice as many requests as before. If your on a fast connection, this is the way to go.

And it is silly to have to get a new browser to view the site. I am a member of 10-12 sites, and only have this problem here....

Firefox doesn't solve the "remembering you" problem, either - it just makes it easier to log in every time you close the browser. My $0.02, and what I'm experiencing...

I have this problem on no other board, except for here. It's in the software settings for the board here, somewhere...

I seriously think there would be more traffic if we were able to stay logged in to the board for ever... Like exriders.com.... Look at the trafffic there! That site is by no means better, but you stay logged in.

Why can't an Admin simply make a tech support call?

I can't remember the last time I had to enter my username and password for this site. Chrome or Firefox both works great, I prefer Chrome much more but anything is better than Internet Explorer.

The only way your browser would require you to login again is if you clear your cookies and/or cache. There might be a built in timer for the site but i'm not sure.

I am glad that I am using Firefox from a long time and happy to see that others are also prefering the same.

I'm not sure about making a new thread for this so I figured I'd ask on the sticky thread here. I only use this website and others with a similar layout (trx450 and ltr forums) on an iPhone using safari. I have an absolutely ridiculous problem with pop ups for candy crush and its reallllllly getting on my nerves. Does anyone else have this issue with an iPhone? I'm not worried about logging in, just the popups and redirecting is insane. I only have this problem on forums. I would try to contact the server or whatever it's called that these sites are based on but I'm not sure how. Anyone have a fix for iPhone?
