I know you are trying to get your money out of it and maybe 10 years ago when 4 strokes were not fast nor as popular you may have gotten in that range but not now. Ok wow...here we go again...For starters, from your three pics I can see A LOT of stuff older than a year old on that bike. And secondly, unless your cylinder is ported or you have other engine work besides just bein a 265 I would say a piped 450 would give you a run for your money. I'm just trying to bring you back down to earth, not argue. Your bike is a run of the mill 250R with stock suspension worth $2,500 to the right buyer. There's not a person on this forum that will disagree with me.

A mull. People are telling you it's only worth $2500 because they are trying to help you sell it. How much you have into it has no bearing as to how much it's worth. I would actually put the value of it more like $1900-$2000. The market dictates that. It didnt' take me long after getting back into quads that the return on aftermarket and work done is 50% or less. I attribute it to the gigantic markup on parts/ low production numbers.

Yeah, it didn't come with the beadlocks that he had pictured, plus it was down on compression. So we settled at $3550.

I dont think that bike sold anywhere near 5grand first you were only askin 4500 now you got 5 ,,wow ,you didnt even have that in mods and it looks like a turd ,,
theres many nicer R's than that and have gone for way less

That R wasnt even race ready ya it was piped and ported wow stock frame stock swinger stock shocks.There is no way he got 5K for it.If thats the case i got F**ked last yr when i sold my lonestar R that was race ready for $3500 . And i have a race ready 450R now that would smoke that PS i call B.S.
