Hey neil, the topend is on its way today!

Also i dont know if you have any heli coils, the previous owner stripped out 1 of the reed cage bolt threads on the cyl. if you have one and could install it, that would be cool.... if not ill do it my self.

let me know!

I definetly do agree with you..after I bought my bike, I found all kinds of rigged up stuff that I would never do. But I guess after 20+ years the bike probably has seen more than most you know....

Right off the top of my head I dont think I have that 6mm size but I'll check.

yah, if it was a stock cylinder i wouldnt have cared too much..but it was on the 310 ESR cyl. o well shit happens, heli coil will be just as good. Shit like this makes me lose sleep at nite though..lol.

im running the cases it has for now too, they are in good shape, but i WILL be doing new engine cases on this motor, and a quick change clutch cover.

Previous owner said it had a hinson clutch basket, but..its def a stock one thats worn out.

C-balancer bearings are also garbage.

gotta love it lol......
