This may be the answer to my previous post. I over looked it but the wife found a tear in the rubber shielding on the cable right before it meets the top of the carb. It doesn't apear to bind but it could have led to my uncontrolable reving. So were to buy, will just any cable work? It's a thumb type so I think any one will do right??

glad to hear you are making headway clearly its good to inspect things..

cables can be bought from dealers, or there are many sellers on ebay ..& perhaps BVC racing can help you with this also
