I am currently redoing my 250r and I am looking for a Skin graphics kit with seat cover for it. I was wondering if anyone knew where to get one.

Did you try getting ahold of Skin Industries directly, and asking if the have any leftover stuff (sets) sitting around? That would probably be your best bet, right there.
