shock rebuild

i have a pep no link rear shock that needs a rebuild and i was wondering who does the best work? is the manufacturer best? i mean when i had my axis shocks redone i took them to axis, but im having trouble finding a website or phone number for pep. im in north jersey and id like it to be local but shipping it out is not the end of the world. thanks
