Rebuilding top end

This is the first time I have done this on my own so bear with me. I have contacted all my local shops about getting my cylinder bored. The one I was gonna go with just had foot surgery and cant do it ( he does it hisself). The second guy I talked to said he sends his to Car Quest, I was wondering if they would know to relieve the exhaust side of my cylinder when they bore it? I have heard a lot of disaster stories about shops not doing this here lately. Most of the one's I heard about have been done by NAPA so I'm not sure what to do. Thanks guys

Use a little extra money and send it out to c-leigh. You wont regret it the work he does is amazing and the service is great..
