-Please Post pictures of your quad, along with a full mod list. If you do not do this, your quad will not be considered for QOTM.

-No starting arguments in these forums, if you have something to say PM someone.
****BANNING will happen******

-Have respect for others ATV's, if you dont like it...you dont have to post it. IF you do like their quad..then fine..compliment them.

That's a very good question TRX1100F. I would like to think that at least once a year we can have either an "open" or "hybrid" theme so that machines such as yours could be included. That will have to be discussed as I am not sure if there is already a list of themes planned out or not. We would also have to make a fair determination as to what the requirements are for such a theme. We don't want someone entering a hand-built dune buggy with a TRX250R tool kit bolted to it and claiming it's fair if you know what I mean. Thank you very much for asking.

Sounds fair to me. I can see having some restrictions on what is really a TRX250R quad. Engine and frame are mostly the only two things that were not from the TRX250R quad. The plastic, gas tank, suspention, foot pegs, air box, seat and more are all from the TRX250R. Let me know what is decided and ill be ok with that. Thanks

Unfortunately for you it's the frame and motor that makes a TRX250R / ATC250R eligible for the contest. As I previously mentioned though, I'm sure we could have at least one competition that would allow a machine such as yours to enter. A hybrid competition would most likely require either a 250R frame or motor, but an open competition could be there for a machine such as yours. We would just have to figure out what the rules and requirements would be for that. This is something to discuss with sponsor once the new monthly rules are in place.

Let me know if you do have a catagory for my build. If you don't i'm ok with that to. I don't think anyone has done this using TRX250R quad parts. I made the frame based on a 86 TRX250R from cratch and its been motified a bit. I made a jig about 22 years ago and built another frame back then. It had a CR500R engine in it. I steped it up a bit. I don't have the TRX500R any more. I sold it and bought a 06 TRX450ER quad. Im glad to see the TRX250R still showing popularity. It was the best quad in 86-89 and even now. Long live the 250R.
