Hey everyone, I just got a new trx5-r pipe and silencer from esr. but i'm having a problem mounting it up! i can fit everything up fine but when it comes down to the one bolt on the bottom of the pipe, its off by a good inch. It almost looks as if they put the mounting bracket to far back. Has anyone ever ran into this problem?? thanks.

Are you using the OEM rubber mount?

Are you using the OEM rubber mount?

If not, you need that mount to properly fit the pipe.

yes you need the mount i had the same thing with my pt race pipe

Alrigth perfect, thanks everyone. Now all thats left is to play around with the jetting. Its normal for the pipe to come rather close to the upper rad hose on the cylinder right.

yeah, my rad hose just about touched my pipe.

I used a ziptie to pull the rad hose towards the frame just to be safe.

I cut a hose and put it over my radiator hose with a zip ti as a barrier between the pipe and the actual radiator hose

I did the same and it worked great!

Thanks for the help, every thing is bolted up and it looks awesome! and sounds amazing!
