If I have an 86 length rod and I want to run and 87-89 cylinder, do I run an 86 piston with no spacer plate or can I run an 87-89 piston or does this combo not work?

I do find it amusing and even funnier that you couldn't resist posting a comment to my last post, you just decided to use a different thread. Ha ha ha.
And BTW this is exactly what I'm talking about, it's like you can't just answer a question there always has to be sarcasm or a put down.
Besides I think I figured it out. I just run the 86 piston with no spacer plate.
