Just bought a temp gauge for the first time. Anyone know what a good/optimal operating temp is for a 350? When running hard in the sand, im pretty sure its something around 215/225... Give me some informed opinions.

ESR says you should be around 180 or less. My Dad's 350 runs about 170 to 190 with stock radiator in the sand. We only use about 25% antifreeze. Water dissipates heat better.

Damn, i was way off. Im running engine ice with a PWR. I guess ill keep an eye on the gauge next time i ride somewhere.

I'm about the same: 170-190 tops and i run 50/50 antifreeze/water
