Use a grinder to grind away the rivets on the inside of the basket. You don't have to be real percise because you're going to be ditching the old basket anyway. Then use the allen heads to secure the gear to the new basket.

whether you drill or grind them out. be sure to do it from the basket side. ya dont wanna mess up the main plate on the gear side. also, be sure to use lock tite when going back with the allen bolts. B)

Thanks guys thats what i though but i figured i would ask b4 i went and did somthing stupid! I just wasnt sure if they were pressed in and i could beat them out or what. Ill get to it tonight then

thanks alot. I got it off with a little time and not so much patience! The old gear is now on the new PE Billet Clutch Basket
