I need some help with the wiring. I am not getting any spark. Here is what I have tested so far. I have power coming out of the stator on the BL/R wire and it goes into the CDI then I have power on the BL/W wire coming out of the CDI over to the on/off switch and key switch. I am confused on the key at the bottom of the schematic with the key switch does it indicate that BL/W wire with the green wire have to be touching to have the key in the OFF postion? I have no key switch and I am wondering do I have to tie the wires together or leave them apart to be in the ON postion. I also have no power going to the coil on the BL/Y line so its not the coil. I am looking at the CDI being bad or look at my ground wires for problems. Any one have any suggestions hopefully it is just wiring and not the CDI. Sorry if I confused anyone with my blabering

The green wire will kill power to the coil if it is touching the bl/y wire.It grounds it out.Thats how the key switch or an aftermarket tether kill switch works.It grounds the coil out to prevent starting.

If you don't have spark, this means that you have an open in one of the circuits somewhere. Try measuring the resistance between all wires and components in system. It looks like you have the service manual, so follow the troubleshooting steps on pages 15-3 to 15-4. This should lead you in the right direction. The wires going to your key switch should not be touching or connected to get spark.
