Where is the bike located and what is he looking to get for it?
Wow, nice bike there! He should easily get that for it!I'm pretty sure he said he would let it go for 3500 to 4000, hes pretty anal about it, and would rather keep it than sell..but he also needs the $. So make an offer.
We are located upstate NY. (2 hours north of albany)
Cool, Do you live up in Plattsburg? I am not to far away from you guys. I live about two hours south in Gouverneur. The shop you advertise on here is up in Plattsburg right?yah its in great shape. Hes had it since brand new (he used to own a honda shop around here). The only thing wrong with this trike is the chain wacked the case after a year of him having it, the case was welded up , and i actually just threw a case saver on it for him. He barely rides it..only once a year on his personal track. Its been this way for years now (since new like i said). IF you guys know anyone interested let me know and ill get them his info.

ya i saw a 89 trx 250r get sold, never been used, gas never been in the tank, still had the little nipples on the stock tires, you get the picture, but it was sold for something like 9k, just because it was so perfectNice, stock, unmolested 250r's in general are getting hard to find. 85/86 atc250r's tend to be the most molested, many people bought them and stole the motor from it, sold it to another guy who did some rigging, stole parts, the rest went on to another guy and so the story goes on. Most trx250r's were raced, so welds, wiring hacking, many different year motors and parts in general were swapped between them. I have an atc250r, it quite far from stock, I destroyed 3 frames doing mx with them, cracked them in many places(the last one being the worst). I resorted to having a frame mimiced from the stock frame made and using currently available parts with some of the stuff. Two more are going this route, 86 200x motor and 05 crf450r motor, along with a host of changes for superior and currently available parts.
I was asked from a person at a honda dealer if I wanted a stock and unmolested 350x, the price isn't anything cheap, something like 2 g's.
WHATUP BILL,
YOU REALLY THINK HE CAN GET THAT KIND OF DOUGH FOR AN ATC? I'M JUST CURIOUS. I LIVE ON THE LEFT COAST AND A CLEAN TRIKE LIKE THAT (OR CLOSE TO IT) SELLS FOR ABOUT 00 TOPS. IM JUST WANTIN TO KNOW IF THERE'S A MAJOR DIFFERENCE IN PRICE FOR DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE COUNTRY.
You know, its funny, last trip to Dumont Dunes for thanksgiving, I saw more 3 wheelers than trx250Rs! Three wheelers have always been big with the dune crowd. I wish we had kept some of ours. We had one for each of the whole family(5) and they were all perfect shape. We only rode them twice a year at pismo beach. :lol:Probably reason they go so cheap out on the LEFT COAST, cause them left coast kids dont know how to ride them 3 wheelers.
Would take some Pro riders like Jimmy White or Steve Mendenhall & Steve Holbert that raced them kawsakis for team green to come out & show you kids how to ride.
Did they even sell tricycles out on the left coast ???  .
