motor mounts

After doing some research I think the 87-89 front mounts are all the same and the 86 is different due to the frame thickness at the front mount. Is this true?
What I have is my frame is a 87 my motor is set up to run 88-89 swingarm with the extra mounts welded onto the back of the frame. The mounts work well besides that I broke my swingarm. I purchased a aftermarket swingarm that is 86-87 style mount so I have to go back to stock configuration with the motor mounts. I know I need the rear mount that mounts to the swingarm but sence my frame is 87 the front mounts I have already should work right? If this is true than I definitely need the rear mount that mounts to the swingarm if anyone has one there are non on egay right now and I want to ride.

Are you going to have to cut out that rear mount that was added to make it an 88 style? Seems like you would have to, or you could modify the mounts that you are trying to buy. If you just cut it with a saw and grind it off a bit, it shouldn't hurt the PC too much. I'd hate to ruin that candy blue.
I will see how it fits. I am going to try to keep the bar across the back and just cut the tabs off that mount to the motor that way I dont ruin much PC but still add some strength to the frame with that bar in the back. But I will have to wait till I get a back mount and see how everything mounts and clears stuff.
