how can i make my 265r faster it has a hotrod crank an bored to 265 an piped??

Do you want to stick with that bore size? If so besides tunning to be optimal, I see little left you can do. Dialing in your quad makes a big difference though, I mean dyno tunning.

if it doesnt have a good port job, getting that done will make a big difference.
yup! having it properly dialed to a good porting will make all the difference in the world. the key is to have all the right components matched to the porting.
