I have always wanted md respected the 250r is the best made quad ever, and have since alwwys wanted one, I had the opportunity several times but let people talk me out of it, I am going to build one now as a project and one thin that i could not make up m y mind was did i want to go all oem or aftermarket and being who and how IO am I could never leave quad all oem,

I race 450R's in the GNCC and Mid south and I am wanting to build and R for a bike to play on and just to have, so forgive my ignorance to the matter and please help i plan on going piece by piece mainly aftermarket , SO PLEASE ANY AND ALL INFO IDS APPRECIATED, please include what type of swing arm and shocks go with each frame, I had thought of buying a rolling oem chassis but then realized most of the parts would not be used on the type bike i plan to build

CR500 link - must use aftermarket frame/swingarm combo - Laeger, Walsh, Lovins
No link for ROLL design frame - must use with ROLL frame.
No link for Stock frame - Roll design.
No link for LSR frame.
No link LRD attitude frame.
No link Houser frame / swingarm.

250R link - stock frame or aftermarket Laeger, LRD, LSR or others.

When you are looking at stock link or CR500 link, it is more cut and dry. No links are more complicated because there are as described, many different set ups for both stock frames and aftermarket frames. I believe they are all different. If you compared a walsh, LSR, laeger, and roll design no link swingarm, they might all be different.

I think chevycruzen still might have his LSR no link frame and LSR swingarm to match it. It is really nice. Never ridden, only assembled for show.

i race 450R's in Xc GNCC Mid south etc and I have always wanted an R but im tore between aftermarket and oem frame but im not going to race it just take it out and play with it some, Im building a play mx track at my house and i got some good trails so I just want a nice al around quad but more Xc based,

I had always leaned toward an 88 but Im working on a deal on an oem 86 roller, btw whats the going rate for sn R roller in pretty good shape
